Deborah Garcia has been coordinating the financial, legal and health matters for elderly and disabled people in the greater San Francisco Bay Area for many years.  She works with courts and medical professionals to protect the rights of conservatees.  She has investigated estate and financial matters and recovered stolen assets. As a licensed fiduciary and consummate professional, Deborah is devoted and ethically bound to carry out the affairs of her clients on their behalf and in their best interest. She is known for keeping her clients in their homes in the least restrictive environment.

Manage the assets, and often the personal and medical care of a person or family, according to the terms of a legal Trust document.
